When can I register my team?

• Early Bird Registration opens on Friday May 1, 2026 at 8:00 am EST and closes Sunday May 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST. Regular Registration opens on Monday June 1, 2026 and closes on Friday August 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST.

Who should I bring to the Summit?

• All studio staff are welcome (and encouraged) to attend! We understand that open and operating studio teams will need staff to stay back and operate the studio, so we recommend Franchise Owners and Managers attend. Reminder, per the Franchise Agreement, at least one attendee per studio is required.

Where is the Summit being held?

• The Annual Summit will be held in St. Louis, MO at the 1st Phorm Headquarters.

When should I travel in and out of St. Louis for the Summit?

• The fun starts in the morning on Friday September 18th and ends late Saturday September 19th. To ensure your team takes advantage of all sessions, we recommend arriving at some point on Thursday September 17th and leaving in the morning on Sunday September 20th.
